This hybrid program is an advanced leadership development journey designed for experienced managers and senior team leaders in contact centers. It builds upon the foundational 6-month accelerator (Track 1) and introduces strategic leadership capabilities required to manage complex teams, drive transformation, and align operations with long-term business goals.
